Hope your phased return starts off well Rose - it is this week, isn't it? It will seem strange after all those months off. Hope everyone is helpful and you are not too exhausted when you get home. Thinking of you XX Ailsa

Thank you Suzanne my nerves are not good. Also still keep getting these dizzy turns when I get up this has not gone away for 4 weeks now and 3 lots of prescriptions. Spoke to GP today and I am being referred to ENT specialist - something like taught 'the epley manouver' !! said sounds like I have BPPV ! ! looked it up and it stands for Benign Paroxysmal Positional Vertigo. A big title right enough. So sit and wait this game now.. It does make me feel slightly sick at times and I am off my food. Well food is not exciting me at the moment. . Not a problem really as could do with losing weight but this is just not a nice feeling.

Hi Rose - I was thinking about you today. How did it go? Hope you are not too worn out.
Sorry to hear you are suffering with the dizziness and nausea. Sounds horrid. Hope you get some relief from the ENT. XX Ailsa
